Terms and conditions

• All bookings must be requested using the online booking request form here.

• A deposit of £20 via bank transfer is required to confirm all bookings.

• Gift Vouchers are valid for six months from the purchase date.  Voucher prices are as per the pricing on the Pricing page. No further payment will be needed when booking a session using a voucher, but the online booking request form here must be used, and the date, time and track(s) are all subject to availability.

• Your booking date and time can be amended by you with not less than 48 hours’ notice.

• In rare circumstances, SSS reserve the right to amend your booking date and time with not less than 48 hours' notice. 

• Balance payment for your session is due on arrival at the studio – by cash or bank transfer. Recordings cannot be given until payment has been received. (This does not apply to gift certificates.)

• All people taking part in the session who are aged under 16 must be accompanied by one parent/guardian. Please note that the maximum number of people who can attend the session, including the person taking part, is 2.

• Free professional backing track(s) will be provided as stipulated on our Pricing page. Tracks must be selected no later than one week before the session. Tracks cannot be changed less than 48 hours before the session.

• All tracks will be recorded in the same key as the original song, unless agreed in writing by SSS in advance of the session. It will not be possible to change the key on the day of the session.

• SSS take no responsibility for the customer being unable or unwilling to complete one or more tracks during the session, but we are confident that all customers will be able to do so through our expert coaching and encouragement.  

• While part of the mixing process includes some tuning correction if required, we cannot guarantee that all tuning errors can be corrected. We will make as much effort as possible to supply a finished track that you are happy with.

• All tracks will be supplied on high resolution mp3 format and on a CD.

• Once you have received the finished track, we will make minor corrections to the mix, if required, based on your preferences. Any substantial amendments will be subject to additional cost.

• All finished recordings are supplied for personal use only. Customers, and not SSS, are responsible for all copyright rules regarding promotion and distribution of their finished recording(s).
